We do not depend on contractors and third parties to guide us in these critical areas. We maintain this high level of staff internally as an added benefit. Crisis Communication

Indigenous to our area, weather emergencies are not a matter of “if”, but “when”. For that reason, we have developed the area’s most comprehensive hurricane and weather preparedness manual that is customized to each property. Each board of directors is supplied a copy of the manual so they will understand what will be done to prepare the property. In addition, live updates before and after the storm are made for each property on our dedicated webpage including pictures. We know it is important to communicate with distant owners during a stressful time like weather emergencies.

Board Meetings

Our team comes prepared to your meetings. We will have your General Manager, VP of Operations, Controller, Chief Engineer and Administrative Support at each meeting to be sure questions are answered, action is taken and that the team responsible for the property is there to account for its operation. We don’t leave meetings with a list of “we will get back to you’s”. Communication is the key and successful board meetings are essential to efficient communication with our clients.
